Recently renovated venue with beautiful location short walk to shops and restaurants, and an island and good breakfast. Good service, excellant stuff. The outdoor bar onsite.
Very rude staff!

Great-sized and well-appointed room facing swimming pool. Good drinks at outdoor bar, good service. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. Beautiful location happy to help the kids pick out evening desserts at the coffee shop across from the gift shop. And short walk to an off-property restaurant and Westbrook, Ct.

Great choice for christmas. Appealing hotel, amiable and experienced staff, gorgeous location to the Connecticut shore for almost 70 years. Lots of options for amazing breakfast.
-
Donna
The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, with Adirondack chairs strategically placed by the beach, allowing guests to relax and take in the beautiful area right on the water. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The service provided by the staff is attentive and friendly. The breakfast options are delicious and cater to different dietary needs. Guests also have access to a spa, where they can enjoy a relaxing pedicure or massage.
The food service at the hotel was quite poor, with long wait times for orders to be taken and food to be delivered. Additionally, there were issues with forgotten requests, such as silverware or condiments.
